This 1976 LX Torana SS is an Aussie motorsport icon that still serves as a race car, but it's just as much fun to take for a "leisurely" drive.
1976 LX Torana SS
For more than a decade from the late 60s, the Torana was Holden's flagship sports/performance vehicle, with numerous victories in rallying and circuit racing.
The LX, released in 1976, was one of the third-generation Torana models, its signature two-door body shape one of the major modifications. The design team wasn't shy about using bright colours, either!
What could be more fun than taking a spin in this Aussie icon (which, incidentally, still does duty as a competitive race car)? Hire the 1976 LX Torana SS for a day in the sun, turning heads.
